He began his music studies at the age of 12 with Renata Mazzocchi and Elena Bonalumi, then went on to more specific studies dedicated to the acoustic guitar under the guidance of Fabrizio Spadea, and he specialized on fingerstyle skill with Maestro Fornara.

From 1991 to 1995 he played with a cover band as vocalist and guitarist.

Enthusiastic about choral music, he joined The Blossomed Voice vocal group as a tenor and baritone in January 2008. At the same time, he perfected the study of vocal techniques with the aid of Marco Farinella, Director of the Istituto Mod.A.I., whose aim is to convert, through development and training in subjects related to sound, the most recent discoveries in the field of vocal music into practical applications; the main focus of the work is Applied Physiology in the area of artistic performance enhanced by teaching and rehabilitation.
